MIO is seeking an Associate Director of Sustainability to focus primarily on expanding our Sustainability capabilities. We have committed to continue developing our Sustainability approach, including enhancement of our ESG and Diversity & Inclusion efforts. The ideal candidate is a subject-matter expert, who will help us to realize these goals over the next several years.
The role entails supporting the Sustainability goals of both our public and private market functions, developing ESG engagement practices, and administering our internal sustainability efforts. In addition, the new hire will play an integral part in bolstering several MIO initiatives, such as Diversity & Inclusion, Manager Diversity, and the Green Team. In the longer-term, this individual will launch our thought leadership function, which includes identifying emerging ESG trends and executing on an impact measurement and management framework for relevant products. The Associate Director of Sustainability will report directly to MIO’s General Counsel, who also functions as the Chief Sustainability Officer.
This is a full-time, permanent employment opportunity. MIO has adopted a flexible, hybrid model that supports a blend of in-office and remote work. Certain US states require MIO Partners, Inc. to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. A reasonable estimate of the range for new joiners for this role in the United States is $150,000-$170,000. This role is also bonus eligible. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to an individual’s assigned office location, experience, and expertise.
